Fingerprinting Schedule

Important Information

Please Pre-enroll before making a fingerprinting appointment. We CAN NOT fingerprint you without your Applicant Tracking Number page and or picture of number on your phone.

ACES charges a $25 processing fee to complete your appointment.

As of 8/15/2024, all payments made with a credit/debit card must be made prior to your appointment. To do so, please click on the Fingerprinting Payment: Credit Card link on our website. On the payment form, please make sure you include your first and last name, your email address and the schedule appointment date and time.  Please note: ACES charges $25, but with the credit card processing fee, your total fee will equal $25.38. Once paid, ACES will receive a confirmation of payment. 

If you would like to pay in cash, you must bring the $25 processing fee with you on the day of your appointment. 

Availability

Fingerprinting services are available during the following times, at ACES 370 James St., New Haven, CT 06513. Our fingerprinting hours are:

• Mondays, 9:30-11:30am
• Wednesdays, 2:00-4:00pm
• Thursdays, 2:00pm-4:00pm

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please email fingerprinting@aces.org. Include your name, date, and time of appointment.

Please note:  ACES Fingerprinting Services are only valid in the state of Connecticut. Results may not be shared with other states.
