If you need some technical assistance and/or guidance for your child’s ACES device, here is the link to the new  ACES Educational Technology Parent/Guardian Service Portal

This portal will give you the ability to check the Knowledge Base section for possible helpful tech suggestions, to write a helpdesk ticket for any continuing tech problems you may be experiencing, and even to connect to your child’s teacher through Parent Square.

While students are learning from home, sometimes a little technical assistance is needed. Please use this portal as a way to help you through some tech problems.
