COI

(click here to view samples) ACES requires a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) which must cover a minimum of $1,000,000 per individual, $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $1,000,000 property damage. Workers Compensation and Employers’ Liability coverage:  Client is responsible to include all coverage that applies per State of Connecticut requirements.
