Through the Workforce Initiative, we aim to forge partnerships with international companies, creating diverse pathways for individuals. This international aspect opens doors for future opportunities within specific industry sectors.  ACES International offers training pathways for aspiring candidates to enhance their skills and knowledge in their respective fields. We work together with all stakeholders to create a lasting positive impact that supports future skilled professionals and promotes industry sustainability.

High-level trades depend on collaboration between Education and Industry to inspire a new generation of skilled tradespeople, equipping them to excel in their professions.

We are also continuing to collaborate with trade partners to expand opportunities across various fields and industries.


 

 

Benefits

This training program is ideal for high school graduates aged 18+ who are taking a gap year or seeking an alternative pathway to college. 

Upon completion of the 90 day training period, candidates will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion in the specified trade.
  • Potential offer of employment.
  • Opportunities for placement, networking, and further training assistance.

Workforce Development Training Initiative

Through our partnerships, those interested have the opportunity to apply for multiple different paid training programs.  Please note that the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for each role may vary.   Current available positions include:

Maintain, troubleshoot and perform repairs to industrial machines, operate power equipment, monitor and identify malfunctions, Inspect machines on a regular basis, perform routine maintenance 


Includes sample and data analysis, interpreting test results, completing necessary documentation to support testing procedures, and ensuring compliance with approved testing protocols and laboratory quality control standards.


Verifies that products meet specifications, conducts in-process inspections, documents inspection results, and creates and completes compliance reports.


Training programs provide foundations, skills, learning experience, and valuable industry knowledge over the course of ninety days. 

Training  available for additional learning opportunities within specific trades.
