Scott Sadinsky Joins ACES as Assistant Director of Human Resources

(North Haven, CT – October 7, 2021) Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Sadinsky as Assistant Director of Human Resources. He joins ACES after spending the past ten years as the principal of Frank Ward Strong Middle School in Durham.

“We are thrilled to have Scott join our team and contribute to our Human Resources and recruitment efforts. His overall experience as a school administrator, paired with his commitment to leadership and equity, are the perfect combination for our diverse population of students, families, and staff,” said ACES Executive Director, Dr. Thomas Danehy. “We pride ourselves in ensuring that we maximize our resources to serve our schools now and in the future. Scott will strengthen our team to accomplish that goal.”

Sadinsky brings over 26 years of experience in public education to ACES. He holds a Superintendent Certification from Central Connecticut State University and a Sixth Year Certificate in Educational Administration from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, he earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Connecticut.

“I am excited to join ACES as the new Assistant Director of Human Resources. In collaboration with the HR team, my goal is to develop relationships with teachers, staff, administration, community stakeholders and educational partners in support of and in alignment with ACES’ mission, vision, and organizational beliefs,” stated Sadinsky.

Sadinsky assumed the post on October 1, 2021 and is headquartered in ACES’ Peter C. Young Building, located at 350 State Street, North Haven.
