The Time Has Arrived for Personalized Learning
07/22/2015
Every student deserves a quality education. Our current system doesn’t work for many of our students. According to the Connecticut State Department of Education, nearly 1 in 5 students fails to complete high school in four years (CSDE, 12/11). Connecticut has one of the largest achievement gaps in the country regarding 4-year graduation rates. Only 70 percent of economically disadvantaged students graduate on time. A one-size-fits-all approach isn’t working for many of our students. It’s time to make it personal.
