ACES was proud to be honored at New Haven's 378th birthday celebration that took place on April 27th. ACES was recognized for its work with the John Slade Ely House.

HAMDEN >> Area Cooperative Educational Services will hold a Minority Teacher Recruiting Careers in Education Job Fair from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the ACES Staff Development Building, 205 Skiff St.

According to a release, on-site interviews will be conducted. Bring copies of certifications, resumes and letters of recommendation.

Vacancies include administration, bilingual education, language arts, library media, math, remedial reading, science, special education, speech and language and world languages.

ACES Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School Circus Smirkus event

(Peter Hvizdak - New Haven Register) ACES Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School students perform a juggling act during a Big Top circus program at the school in Hamden Wednesday, April 13, 2016 celebrating their circus themed interdisciplinary study unit in language arts, history, science and math. The program was developed in conjunct with Circus Smirkus of Vermont, who were hired for three-days to work with the school on the program.

State Representative Dave Yaccarino (R-North Haven) visited ACES Village School on Oct. 16 and met with 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to discuss the importance of civic engagement as well as the role of a State Representative. 11/19/15
