ACES ServSafe Culinary Arts Training Program
November 17th, 2016
The ACES ServSafe® Culinary Arts Training program is taught by Culinary Institute of America Alumni and restaurateur Jeffrey Arnold, and includes hands-on learning in:
Food Safety | Serving |
Personal Hygiene | Purchasing |
Preventing Cross-Contamination | Front-and Back-of-the-House Operations |
Controlling Time and Temperature | Product Set-up & Delivery |
Cleaning and Sanitizing | Customer Service |
Food Production and Cooking | Teamwork and Employability Skills |
Classes begin in January 2017 and meet twice a week through June at ACES Whitney High School North.
