May 7th, 2013

The Connecticut Tigers is a special-needs Winter Guard Program. Funded by Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES), the group is comprised of participants from throughout New Haven County. Two of the Tigers, Ashley Andrews and Alicia Kramer, are from Hamden. George Woliver is from Wallingford.
