ACES Education Foundation Celebrates its 10th Anniversary
March 15th, 2013
The gala will honor the galaxy of stars who have contributed to the success of the ACES Education Foundation including ACES Staff, ACES Business Advisory Council & Partners, Education and Government Leaders, Families, Foundation Founders, Board & Volunteers; Foundation Grant Recipients, Foundation Sponsors & Donors, Partnering Non-profit Organizations, Past Honorees, Students and Alumnai/ae. New Haven Mayor John DeStefano and Superintendent of the New Haven Public Schools Dr. Reginald Mayo will be honored guests at the gala. Their presence at the 10th Anniversary Gala is especially meaningful as Mayor DeStefano and Dr. Mayo are past Foundation honorees. The gala also features live entertainment provided by the ACES Educational Center for the Arts Theatre and Music Departments, live and silent auctions, delectable delights provided by Jeffrey Arnold and the ACES Whitney High School North Culinary Arts Program, and delicious desserts provided by Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard of Branford.Event sponsors include Brown & Brown Insurance, Cigna, Connecticare, Performance Environmental Services and USI Insurance.
The ACES Education Foundation exists to support the educational purposes of ACES; advance the educational programs, plans and goals of ACES; educate the public about ACES mission and the services it offers, and fundraise on behalf of ACES in order to support its programs and enable it to carry out programs and activities otherwise not possible.
