Important Information

Please Pre-enroll before making a fingerprinting appointment. We CAN NOT fingerprint you without your Applicant Tracking Number page and or picture of number on your phone.

ACES charges a $25 processing fee to complete your appointment. For a faster appointment, please make credit/debit card payments  prior to your appointment by clicking on the Fingerprinting Payment: Credit Card link on our website. 

Availability

Fingerprinting services are available during the following times, at ACES 370 James St., New Haven, CT 06513. Our fingerprinting hours are:

• Mondays, 9:30-11:30am
• Wednesdays, 2:00-4:00pm
• Thursdays, 2:00pm-4:00pm

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please email fingerprinting@aces.org. Include your name, date, and time of appointment.

Please note:  ACES Fingerprinting Services are only valid in the state of Connecticut. Results may not be shared with other states.
