ACES welcomes Virginia (Ginny) Tagliatela as principal and Jennifer Santarcangelo as assistant principal of ACES Village School.

ACES welcomed Virginia (Ginny) Tagliatela as principal and Jennifer Santarcangelo as assistant principal of ACES Village School. “Ginny and Jennifer bring great experience to their respective positions. Jennifer began her work at ACES Village School in 2005 as a special education teacher in ACES Village School’s Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention Program. Ginny has extensive experience in special education as both a teacher and most recently as the Director of Special Education for the Seymour Board of Education.” shared ACES Executive Director Dr. Thomas M. Danehy.
ACES Village School services students with complex needs from pre-school to 8th grade. It consists of three programs: Integrated Preschool, Early Intensive Behavior Intervention for students on the autism spectrum, and elementary/ middle school programs. It currently serves 123 students from Ansonia, Berlin, Branford, Bridgeport, Bristol, Canton, Cromwell, Derby, East Haven, Fairfield, Guilford, Hamden, Litchfield, Madison, Monroe, New Britain, New Haven, Newtown, North Branford, North Haven, Old Saybrook, Orange, Oxford, Plainville, Shelton, Southington, Stamford, Stratford, Thomaston, Trumbull, Wallingford, West Haven, Wolcott, Region 5, and Region 17.
