The first payment of $1,500.00 USD is non-refundable and must be made to secure the reservation by February 10, 2025.
For payments made by check or money order, the deadline is February 5, 2025.
The remaining balance is due by March 10, 2025. For payments made by check or money order, the deadline is March 5, 2025.
Due to the high demand for the Young Envoys Scholarship Program, candidates are encouraged to register promptly, as participant selection closes on the February 10, 2025 deadline. Once the delegation reaches capacity, additional candidates will be placed on a waiting list.
Please note that airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, based on airline policies. Participants must provide valid passport details at the time of registration.

Cancelations made within 29 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
