Mrs. Rizza joined ACES at Chase as a Mathematics Instructional Coach in 2017 after being a mathematics teacher with the school for 12 years. She earned her BS in Elementary Education with a Mathematics Concentration, as well as her MS and Sixth Year Certificate in Educational Leadership at Central Connecticut State University. She is an educational leader with almost 20 years’ background in leading inside the classroom as well as in administrative roles. Mrs. Rizza is a strong believer in educating the whole child and taking the time to understand individual student needs and development, along with encouraging teachers and staff growth by supporting continuous professional development.
